Beta terms
Mix Studio Cloud, operated by Black Mixture Agency, LLC, lets you create and edit images using cloud GPUs. These terms describe the current beta and the responsibilities that come with using it.
Your account
Use an email address or Google account you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Email accounts need verification before generating. Your account provides a private Library, credit activity and supported creation tools. Contact hello@blackmixture.com if you need account help or deletion.
Current beta allowance
- New accounts receive 60 one-time welcome credits. There is no promised daily replenishment.
- The free media allowance is 2 GiB, shown with your account storage usage. Uploaded inputs, generated outputs, retained trash and queued output reservations count toward admission limits.
- The initial public beta is capped at 20 accounts, with additional generation and concurrency limits to manage capacity.
- Paid checkout is not currently available. Private LoRA uploads are not an available beta feature.
Availability and beta limits may change. The app shows the features and generation cost available to your account.
Credits and generation
Review the displayed credit cost before generating. A submitted job reserves credits; successful output captures that charge. Failed or cancelled jobs return held credits through the service's job reconciliation. A result or refund may take time to appear while the provider status is being resolved. Welcome and development credits are usage allowances, not a cash balance.
Inference runs on cloud hardware through RunPod. Cold starts, queues and provider failures can delay generation. Models may produce unexpected, inaccurate or unusable results. Review outputs before using or sharing them. The beta does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result.
Your inputs and outputs
Only upload or request content you have the rights and permissions to use. You authorize the service and its infrastructure providers to process the inputs and store the outputs needed to carry out your requests and maintain your workspace. You remain responsible for how you use your uploads and generated work, including the rights of people depicted and any applicable model terms. Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Do not use the service for illegal exploitation, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, abusive impersonation, or attacks on the service or other accounts. Do not bypass access controls, moderation, credits or capacity limits. Access may be restricted when needed to investigate abuse or protect the service.
Storage and deletion
Keep your own copies of important work. Deleting a creation from the Library currently hides it while underlying files are retained pending cleanup; it may not immediately free storage. Some older objects or thumbnails may not yet be measured by the account usage display. Storage lifecycle and recovery features remain in development.
