Privacy policy
Mix Studio Cloud is an AI image creation and editing service operated by Black Mixture Agency, LLC. This page explains the information used to provide your account and private creative workspace.
Information we use
- Account information: your email address, verification status, account role, credit balance and credit activity. Email/password accounts store a password hash, not the plain-text password.
- Creative work: prompts, uploaded reference files, generated images and other supported media, generation settings, folders and favorites.
- Service information: job progress, errors and operational records needed to run the service, protect accounts, apply limits and investigate support requests. Sign-in security uses request IP addresses and browser information.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we request only basic sign-in scopes: openid, email and profile. Google may provide your account identifier, email, verification status and basic profile information. We use the Google identifier and verified email to authenticate you, create or securely connect your Mix Studio Cloud account, and apply account permissions.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendar. We do not store your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens for ongoing API access. We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for advertising. Its use is limited to identity, account access and related security.
Where information is processed
Render hosts the application and its account database. Cloudflare R2 stores private uploaded and generated media and database backups. RunPod supplies cloud GPU inference and receives the prompts, selected inputs and generation settings needed to produce your outputs. Google processes Google sign-in; Resend processes verification and password-reset email when email delivery is configured.
These providers process information needed for their part of the service. Your Library is account-scoped rather than a public gallery. Operators may access information needed for support, service operation or security. Private storage does not mean files remain on your own device: cloud generation sends the required inputs to the inference service.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session and protect the Google sign-in flow. Your browser also stores workspace preferences so you can resume your setup. Signing out ends the current account session; browser settings let you clear local site data.
Retention and deletion
Account records and creative files remain available for operating your workspace. Removing a creation from the Library currently hides it and marks it as deleted; its underlying files are retained pending cleanup and can still count toward storage usage. Database backups may contain earlier records until those backups rotate. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline for this beta.
For account deletion, access or correction requests, contact hello@blackmixture.com using your account email. We may need to verify ownership before acting. We will explain any remaining operational or legal retention relevant to your request. You can also revoke Google access from your Google Account settings; that does not itself delete your Mix Studio Cloud account or files.
